百老匯音樂劇《鐵達尼號》TITANIC 是由Peter Stone 撰寫劇本，Maury Yeston擔任作詞、作曲，
在演出當年更是一舉拿下包含「年度最佳音樂劇獎」在內的五項東尼獎。
國立嘉義大學音樂劇團突破傳統限制，結合人文藝術學院各系特色及行銷科系人才，
打造最全面的團隊，此次再度取得原版授權，精心製作這部經典的音樂劇，期望帶給觀眾視覺與聽覺的最高饗宴！

The 18th Annual Presentation of NCYU Musical Troupe TITANIC, THE MUSICAL

A natural and man-made disaster that shocked people worldwide

When facing life-threatening moment 

Would you reveal the evil nature of humanity to survive?

Or stay together with your lover until the end of life?

Titanic—the ship claimed to be “unsinkable”—is about to sail

Which will show you the collision of class, dream and life

Let us think about the final significant value in human’s life

And inspire those who had underwent cataclysm with new power and expectancy to the future!

TITANIC, THE MUSICAL is a musical with music and lyrics by Maury Yeston and a book by Peter Stone that opened on Broadway. It swept five awards including “the award of Best Musical” in Tony Awards at the first year it performed. Combined with people from each department of the College of Humanities and Arts as well as Department of Marketing, NCYU Musical Troupe break the traditional rules, and build a team with comprehensive abilities. This time, we obtain the authorization of original once again and produce this classical musical elaborately. Hope that you can enjoy the feast for your senses!
